Tuxedo Terrace

This renovation of a midcentury home in Beachwood Canyon transformed a neglected 1960’s structure into a refreshed, modern living space. With its original finishes and colors showing decades of wear, the home was in desperate need of both interior and exterior updates.

The project introduced a compact north-facing balcony that perfectly frames a view of the Hollywood Sign. Inside, the kitchen and living spaces were reconfigured into a unified, open layout. Upper levels were reorganized to enlarge the primary suite and simplify the previously cluttered layout. Select windows were also repositioned and resized to maximize natural light, creating a brighter and more connected living environment while keeping the home’s original character.
